The Food We Grow & Raise
We’ve done u-pick sweet corn for over 30 years (which is why we’re so good at it). We’ve also done u-pick veggies after selling out our first garden in 2013, not to mention grass-finished cattle on our ranch for almost 60 years. Our customers tell us we have the best produce in Western Canada.
Our History
Our long lines of corn come from a long line of farmers. The Kaufmans have owned Dunlevy Ranch since 1962, but the ranch has been around since the 1860s. The original Kaufmans raised six children and the operation is currently running with three generations of ranchers. Many repairs and improvements were needed in the early years at Dunlevy and the Kaufmans raised 40 acres of potatoes until they made the transition into cattle. Today, Dunlevy Ranch feeds about 1500 head during the winter months.
